These reviews can be seen on various platforms such as Facebook, Yelp, Google, etc. these reviews speak for the company and provide evidence that the product in consideration is reliable. 

In some cases people are saved from various scams because of the online reviews, that is because if a company is a fraud, people post negative reviews about their products and hence others refrain from buying from the said company.
