CEO and Founder Elle Ullmann on Using Your Past to Fuel Your Future

The life of Elle Ullmann has been a successful one. With an impressive education and multiple big-figure companies, it’s no wonder many look up to her. Having only started her first business in 2014, it’s inspiring to see the heights she’s reached in less than a decade, but it’s not much of a surprise when taking a look at Elle’s past experiences.

She grew up in the world of entertainment, her father was a successful entrepreneur, she has a master’s degree in finance, and her husband has over 20 years of experience in the hip-hop industry and is the number one celebrity licensing expert. All these things played a big part in helping Elle scale her businesses.

Elle is the owner of many companies, including a surf and skate shop named Hashtag Board Co., and a water sport apparel brand named RU3 Performance. Though recently, most of her focus has been on the agencies she’s a part of. Elle is the CEO and founder of MELT Music and Media Agency and a co-partner of SULT Agency, along with DJ E-Feezy, who has his own label under RocNation.

Together, the two specialize in hip-hop, though they are also well known for creating the world’s first meta label. For her own company, Elle works with musicians, e-sports gamers, and influencers. She even co-manages TikTok personalities DadLife Jason and MomLife Patience, who have a combined following of over 5 million.

Creating opportunities and offering clients the resources needed to expand their careers is what Elle does best. For more information on the work she does, head over to MELTmma.com. For more updates related to Elle herself, head over to @ElleUllmann on Instagram, or ElleUllmann.com.
