Stephanie Caballero-Martin shares her top tips for dealing with stress and achieving success daily.

Stephanie Caballero-Martin is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Tranquil Store, a growing CBD company. Despite being a relatively new company, Tranquil Store has faced several challenges in the market. Through overcoming these obstacles, Stephanie has picked up many vital nuggets and lessons that she now applies even in her daily life as a mother and businesswoman.

In this article, she shares some of these tips for dealing with stress and making success an inevitable outcome.

Overcoming Stress

“Stress is a part of everyone’s everyday life,” Stephanie says.

Indeed, there will be many day-to-day circumstances that will test your boundaries both as an individual and an entrepreneur. In situations like this, it is handy to practice patience and handle the circumstances with grace.

“You have to ask yourself, is this worth stressing over.  I take breaks when needed, which has helped me to refocus on the business. I’ve realized that a lot of the things we stress over aren’t worth the stress. Just taking a deep breath can go a long way. Other skills like proper communication and sharing responsibilities have also been of tremendous help.”

Achieving Success

It is undeniable that success is a big motivator behind many things that we do as human beings. We all desire to be insignificant positions and to possess all that we want. Stephanie’s formula for success is to find inspiration in the best places.

“My family inspires me continuously, especially my son. I want the best for him, and to do this, I have to set a good example.  Most importantly, I want to leave  behind a legacy that he will be proud of one day.”

Final Advice

For anybody that is seeking to become the best at anything, Stephanie has the following words to share;

“The best advice I can give is to take time and think about what you are passionate about. I truly believe if you follow your passions and make them a reality, you will never truly work a day in your life.  The money will come with time, but you have to be in it for the long haul, and remember to be a leader, you have to be a student first.”
