Dr Kim Chronister Makes Mental Health Content Fun and Digestible

Many times, people have a preconceived idea of therapists and the mental health field in general. Dr Kim Chronister has decided to take complex and research-based psychology facts and condense them down into digestible and even entertaining videos.  Arguably one of the most important traits for an influencer is to be or create something unique and Dr Chronister is doing just that across multiple platforms.

Along with her multimedia team, Dr Kim Chronister has begun assembling some of the most heralded actors, CEOs, influencers, speakers, and singers in America and Canada for her podcast. The goal according to Dr Chronister is to inspire and inform followers going through major life transitions (like getting over a breakup) and those struggling with relationship and/or mental health issues.

But just who is Dr Kim Chronister and what makes her an expert in mental health and relationships? Dr Chronister is an author of two best-selling books (her latest titled Breakup Recovery). She is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a relationship expert who just happened to stumble onto TikTok last year. She  has impacted millions ever since. The versatility has allowed her to expand massively from her first viral video which hit millions of views. In addition to speaking about mental health issues, she also incorporates music from both popular and independent artists with genres of mostly R & B, Hip Hop, and Pop R & B.  Her research-packed one minute or less videos inform viewers of how to deal with breakups, relationships and mental health issues while being entertained. She refers to it as mental health and relationship “infotainment”.

Dr Kim Chronister’s podcast Love to Heal with Dr Kim can be streamed on Apple, Spotify and iHeart Radio.  As a psychologist, author, and massively impactful influencer, and now podcaster, she is someone to watch.
