Alice Pisano releases brand new single ‘Seventeen’

Italian born, London-based singer-songwriter Alice Pisano has released her brand new single ‘Seventeen’. The track has been released with great early support from Spotify, featuring in the New Music Friday playlists of Greece and Italy today.

Written by Alice and produced by Troy Miller (Emeli Sandé, Jamie Cullum), the soaring pop ballad builds from delicate silky vocals and acoustic guitar into a gleaming emotive chorus, incorporating moving harmonies and lush touches of electronics and strings. The lyrics explore feelings of regret for a long gone teenage love, and the awareness that the sweetest things are often those that are lost.

Regarding the single Alice says, “I wrote this song about my first love. I was staying at my parents’ house in lockdown, and being in my old room, rediscovering old photos and diaries, brought back lots of memories and forgotten feelings. I found myself reliving the power of that first love… maybe you can’t love anyone that deeply more than once.”
