As everyone has heard at some point in their life: “Health is Wealth.” Which means that the greatest wealth one can possibly have in their lifetime is their health. This not only refers to the physical condition, but also consists of other factors such as mental, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being, which end up having an impact on the physical health of a person. That, if not looked after properly, can cause constant undetected pain in different parts of the body, eventually leading to a painful life.

A Healthy Body Calls For A Healthy Mind

The human mind does most of its blossoming during the early stages of life, similarly the body requires nutrients that would help in growth and development during those early stages of life. If, in the growing stages, one takes the right amount of supplements and eats the proper kind of food, it is bound to benefit him/her in the later parts of life. For example, calcium deficiencies are much too common in people who did not have enough amount of milk/dairy intake in their childhood or teen years. This eventually leads to muscle pain, fatigue, osteoporosis, dental issues etc. Whatever kind of food one eats, ends up having a prominent effect on their health, and once the physical health deteriorates, it ends up impacting the mental health of a person too. Both physical and mental conditions are correlated; if someone’s mental condition is unsteady, it impacts their physical condition the same way physical health impacts the mind.

The ability to understand the link between your body and mind is the initial step towards succeeding at creating ways that reduce the occurrence of co-existing symptoms that might be meddling with the life of people who are already living with mental illnesses and chronic physical conditions.

The right type of food is as essential as a healthy routine that involves movement and exertion in order to keep the muscles and brain regularly strong and active. In today’s time, almost everyone wants to stay fit. Who can blame someone for wanting to live a pain-free, purposeful life?

Is It Possible To Live A Pain Free Life?

Everyone has almost one friend in their lives who is a fitness-freak and will go to any extent to maintain their diet and exercise. Often one might look at them with envious eyes and think “why can’t I be this cautious about myself?”, why can’t you be cautious about your health? All it takes is a little dedication and willpower.

There are plenty of things one can do to lower the chances of pain and fatigue in life, such as: getting enough sunlight during different seasons, drinking enough water to stay hydrated, having enough sleep and exercise, and by adapting a calmer state of mind that might include kindness, gratefulness and yoga. Along with the things people can do to help themselves, it is important to regular visit a health specialist, who can professionally guide people with different kinds of pain.

Some of the things that might lead to a pain-free life are:

  • A healthy, balanced diet
  • Regular physical exercise
  • Proper breathing exercises
  • Movement and stretching
  • Calming your mind
  • Yoga
  • Regular visits to the doctor/health specialist

Although one might argue that a pain free life is impossible to achieve, since mortality causes nature to organically let the health deteriorate in one way or another. As everyone knows, death is inevitable and (currently) there is no way to avoid the end of life, nevertheless, that does not justify having to live in agony throughout the time one has on earth. It is always a better choice to adapt to a life that would cause less stress and anxiety. People’s bodies are their permanent home. It is immensely important to make health choices that influence a person’s ability to withstand whatever obstacles life might throw at them with the passing time and as they age. Making the decision to choose a lifestyle cautiously enables people to live in their dream home with ample sunshine and fresh air that not only reduces the chances of unwanted pain, but also increases the likelihood of a pain-free life.
