Interview With RnB Artist Lishana

{"key":"c9"}

Hi Lishana! How are you?

Doing great thanks!

Where are you from?

I grew up in Croydon, South London, and have always been around there.

When did you start music?

I started music when I was very young. Learning the piano and taking piano lessons at the age of 8 years old and writing songs and singing from primary school years, spending most of my childhood and early teen years ( like most young girls did in their bedrooms in front of the mirror) dancing and singing to their favorite bands and artists with friends.

Are you currently signed or independent?

I am currently an independent artist trying to make my way through to become a breakthrough artist.

Who is one artist you wish you could work with?

The one artist I wish I could work with would have to be Tory Lanez, his vocals, and skills as an artist is outstanding. The way he takes a song and brings it to the next level is mind-blowing, sends chills up and down your spine. His lyrical ability, his creative imagination, the way he extends his creativity of music and lyrics like no other, spilling out on his lyrics is so genius. The way he spits bars on a freestyle, the pace, and the perfection is unreal. He has the vibes always on point.

Anything else you want the audience to know about you?

What the audience may wanna hear about me is that I’m a person who wants to keep being humble knowing that whatever happens whatever success comes my way I humbly know that I will not be ashamed for having such a hard time within myself. It’s something I can humbly express how many feel types of anguish and despair but although I am taking steps to accomplish my dreams, I am humble enough to say that I want my music to reach broken hearts, broken souls, and broken spirits. I am with you. I feel your pain of loneliness and losses and incomplete empty feelings.

Any new music coming out soon?

I have so many tracks and ideas in mind. New music will become more and more unleashed as time goes on… just have to sit tight.
