Cristian Marino Turned 39: Here’s What You Can Learn From His Experience

Chef Cristian Marino is a critically acclaimed Italian chef and an Instagram personality who also happens to be one of the most recognized faces working as consultant in Dubai today with a work experience in hotels present in different regions such as Asia, Europe and Middle East.

  • 2000-2009 Cristian was cooking in (Italy, France , England, Cruise Ship, Spain)
  • 2009-2018 Cristian used to work for Radisson Blu and InterContinental (in Croatia, Bulgaria and Romania) as an Executive Chef

After working for Marriott International, Cristian decided to switch to freelance job. During the pandemic, Cristian became more focused on the Culinary Consultant aspect and decided to showcase his extravagant cooking skills to his followers and clients worldwide on consultation basis. Many new opportunities have been opened for Cristian Marino after he switched to the Culinary Consultant job. It has also been beneficial for the restaurants as Cristian can also help them with the food cost calculation and engineering.

Growing up as an experienced cook allowed Cristian the opportunity to travel the world, sparking an intense interest in food which led to the creation of his new CMMenu. However, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Cristian wasn’t able to fulfill all of his targets. During that time, Cristian used to review projects and assist his clients through phone and video calls. But as the virus gets washed by newly introduced vaccines – Cristian looks forward to start travelling and implement his schemes again.
