Hunter deBlanc Releases New Single “I Hope the West Coast Treats You Better Than This”

Louisiana alternative pop act Hunter deBlanc has unveiled new single, “I Hope the West Coast Treats You Better Than This”.

Drawing on influence from his international touring and travels, 2017’s Daydreaming record proved to be a breakout release from deBlanc, with 2018 follow-up singles “Tides” and “Sydney” taking his fan base international and – unsurprisingly – scoring the young Louisiana native a swathe of Australian fans in the process.

The surfy, sun-blushed new track nods to influence from the likes of The KillersBest Coast and Passion Pit; a tongue in cheek cynicism that flirts with DeBlanc’s impassioned and buoyant delivery.
