They help in reducing the craving for tobacco. But other drugs can be suggested depending on withdrawal symptoms such as irritating, depression and many more.

7. Avoid Triggers

Cigarettes work as a trigger in various conditions. Most often people smoke when they are gossipping with friends or at a party or while drinking tea and coffee. You can feel stress, unstable while you are trying to quit smoking. This is hard but you have to control it. There are some relaxation techniques you can try, such as deep-breathing exercises, muscle relaxation, yoga.

Take full advantage of forums and learn as much as you can from others who have gone through the same experience as you.
