Hi The Opposite of Sad! How are you?
I am doing amazing. 2021 is here and I’m already back releasing new music. So yeah, life is great for me right now.
When/How did you start/get into making music?
I was always a big fan of music. I was so drawn to it, listening to music all the time. I was seriously obsessed with backstreet boys and N’Sync for a while. Then in Elementary school my parents told me to join the school band and I played the alto sax. People made fun of me for being in the band but I liked it and that’s all that mattered to me. Throughout high school I played the drums and guitar for a while, but as soon as got schooled on rave music and the parties that came with it, I immediately picked up a laptop and began producing electronic type beats. It wasn’t until many years later I started singing and songwriting.
What is your greatest inspiration for your music?
My greatest inspiration is smoking and being rejected by women.
What is the hardest subject you’ve ever written about?
Re visiting times in my life where I was in a dark place mentally is really the hardest. I’m so focused on being happy when I think about the past it really hurts me, I cringe in agony. I cannot forget it, since it is what made me who I am today. I love it but also despise it. (Laughing)
What is the greatest achievement you’ve ever accomplished?
The Greatest Achievement I have ever accomplished is waking up every day.
Are you planning on releasing new music soon?
I am planning on releasing music at the end of the month! So, check it!
