Interview: MPR Riche Rich

Hi MPR Riche Rich! How are you?

I’m fine just making the dream come true!

Where are you from?

I’m from Detroit where it’s hard to make it out.

What is your greatest inspiration for your music?

What I’m looking out of music is to inspire and motivate those around me. Just because you’ve come from a bad place in life doesn’t mean you can’t be great.

What are 3 words that describe your music?

Money, power, and respect.

What is the hardest subject you’ve ever written about?

When I write about losing a loved one.

What are the challenges of being an artist?

The challenges of being an artist are it’s so much talent, not enough management. It takes a lot of money to keep up with the music and you need major connections, without those two things you have nothing.

Are you planning on releasing new music soon?

Yes I’m preparing a tape as we speak it should be dropping any day now.
