L-da Wild is More Than Just a Musician

L-da Wild is making a name for herself as a singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist. Having just released an album full of inspirational ballots, it begs the question of how she has become so wise beyond her years. While her musical talents are so much of who she is, that’s not all there is to this inspired individual. L-da is also a well-known yoga teacher and yoga teacher trainer. She carries the title known as E-RYT 500 (experienced registered yoga teacher having completed 500 hours of yoga education). L-da not only teaches a wide variety of different yoga styles, but she also certifies other yoga teachers through her self-created certification course called The Tulita Yoga Method.

Searching for deeper dimensions within herself, L-da found herself traveling alone through the yoga capital of the world: Rishikesh, India. Determined to spend time learning more about yoga and meditation, she also fulfilled another long-time mission of hers to live for a short time in India exactly where The Beatles had. During this time she completed 300 hours worth of yoga education, dozens of hours learning privately from a meditation guru, and even went on to earn a 100 hour Ayurveda (the original holistic healing system) certification. This adventure inspired L-da as both a yoga teacher and a musician. She shared, “I wouldn’t be the musician or person that I am today if it wasn’t for yoga and meditation.”
