Interview Serial Entrepreneur Jennifer Carrasco

Hello! How are you?

“Great. Thanks for having me!”

What is your occupation?

“I am CEO of Virago Skin & Body Studio, V skincare line, Roseville Rocklin Electric, Inc. I am an IFBBPRO Athlete, 1St phorm legionnaire athletes. I have a podcast called WTF Is Beauty Anyway.”

Who was one person that helped you to get to where you are today?

“My coaches, and mentors. It is not just one person. It takes a tribe to help you see your full potential. I give a huge thank you to Ed Mylett, Andy Friscella, my boyfriend, and all my Arete syndicate brothers and sisters. They are my rocks.”

What is your next big move?

“My next move is into franchising my Skin & Body studio’s, but with everything, life can shift and change. I am currently working with select few coaching clients. My clients are 1% within 1%, the leaders, revolutionaries, performers, and game-changers.”

How do you build your clients’ trust?

“I focus on value. Many entrepreneurs focus on how I can sell more or how can I grow a clientele faster. It might seem like a logical way to think or take action, but as soon as you’re asking yourself the question. “what can I do to sell more or what can I do to have people pay more attention to me?” you are not asking what can I do to deliver value. My suggestion to you is to continually bring yourself back to value. When you deliver massive value from the heart, it is impossible not to see growth due to that.”

What separates you from other competitors?

“I never notice the competition. I have always just done shit in my life because it felt right and aligned with who I am. I am one who would reach out and help someone in the same industry that I am in.”

What is one milestone you want to hit before you retire?

“Retire. I am dying laughing. I will never retire. I might slow down one day but never retire. I have so many things I still want to do in this life. So many experiences I need to change. All in all, as you can see, i do not get locked down. I love the work of being who I was born to be in all my areas.”
