Scaling a Business to Seven Figures with Jordan Lintz

Jordan Lintz, the powerhouse entrepreneur, knows the recipe for scaling a business to millions of dollars in a single year. He is the co-founder of a number of extremely successful companies under HighKey Holdings Inc. Jordan helped start HighKey Technology Inc., followed by HighKey Agency Inc., and recently, HighKey Clout Inc., which have innovated their respective industries. Jordan credits the success to his trifecta scaling approach: hard work, passion, and finding a big enough market.

For the first two and a half years of his work, Jordan and his brother-partner did not pay themselves a single wage. “I didn’t want to be an employee to anyone, not even myself,” he recalls, continuing, “I put in crazy hours for free. Then, almost three years later, it started paying off and the profit just kept coming in!”

Jordan has always had a steady work ethic. “I still put in 75 hours a week into my businesses,” he admits. To him, work equals fun, and that’s what keeps him motivated to go on. “I truly enjoy my work. With social media, for example, there’s never a dull moment. Algorithms change every so often, and you have to keep up. You’re never doing the same thing over and over. It’s an industry that keeps you on your toes and that really fits my personality because I enjoy growing personally and professionally,” shares Jordan.

To Jordan, scaling requires a team. “I’m not doing everything myself. Actually, our HighKey companies have 50 employees in total,” he comments. He believes that whoever will perform well is someone who is attracted by the business model and hungry for success.

Scaling a business, of course, means attracting more clients. But Jordan believes that not every client is right for his business, and he doesn’t hesitate to turn them down. “Our services are extremely valuable, and they always bring tangible results. So if someone comes asking for top-tier results, but wants to get a super discounted rate, we’ll turn them down. Every business needs to be selective. At the end of the day, that defines your company,” says Jordan.

To date, HighKey Clout Inc. has worked with A-list celebrities such as comedian Kevin Hart, artist Rick Ross, legendary performer Snoop Dogg, Dababy, Trippie Redd and actress Bella Thorne, and many more. Jordan is running a truly star-studded business. That doesn’t go unnoticed.

HighKey Clout Inc. made an incredible $10,000,000 of profit in its very first year of business. That clearly showcases the power of focused action and perseverance.

Jordan is currently working around the clock to scale HighKey Clout Inc. The monthly earnings generated by that business, along with HighKey Agency Inc., are right around $500,000 a month. Jordan is always pushing toward more, and he believes that this number can be even higher.

When it comes to Lintz’s plans for the future, retirement is nowhere in sight. “I never really want to retire. Why would I? I love my work. It has become something of an extension of myself,” he explains.

Jordan wants to create a legacy for himself. He wants to be known as the ultimate branding expert. The way he plans to achieve this goal is to take HighKey Clout Inc. to unimaginable heights. “I’ve only just begun. You haven’t even seen anything yet,” he asserts. Jordan believes that many of his goals are hard to achieve, but that doesn’t stop him; it only motivates him further.

Jordan Lintz is a powerful motivator and is admired by many, for his insightful approach to business, life, and strategy.
