CROWDED HOUSE RELEASE FIRST NEW MUSIC IN OVER A DECADE WITH BRAND NEW SINGLE ‘WHATEVER YOU WANT’ & VIDEO STARING MAC DEMARCO

Iconic band CROWDED HOUSE have released their first new music in more than a decade with their brand new the single “Whatever You Want”. The song is a fantastic example of everything that always made the band great, beautiful melodies, great musicianship and Neil Finn’s wry lyrics.

The video for ‘Whatever You Want’ was directed Nina Ljeti, fresh from directing the visual for Phoebe Bridgers’ ‘Kyoto Song’, and stars American indie sensation (and Crowded House fan) Mac DeMarco making his acting debut appearing as a man waking up after the night before. “Waking up with the fear after last night’s revelry. We can all relate to that” explains Neil Finn. “Thanks to Mac for working through the pain and showing us redemption.”

The new single was recorded by founding members Neil Finn and Nick Seymour along with producer and keyboardist Mitchell Froom, guitarist and singer Liam Finn and drummer Elroy Finn.
