Franchise TYG Overcomes Battle With The Law

Rapper Franchise TYG, who has been in jail for previous charges has found his niche. In 2019, Rapper Franchise TYG was found with several pounds of marijuana, scales, packaging materials, cash, and a firearm. Officers with the Mon Metro Task Force arrested the rapper in Morgantown, West Virginia and charged him with possession with intent to deliver. The “Ice On Me” rapper says he wants his career to highlight the positive side of his lifestyle rather than focus on the negative.

“If I could go back and do things differently and erase some parts of history I would. I started to focus on the music full time and that became my way out” says Franchise TYG. The rapper and an unnamed individual were both charged and held on a $50,000 bond.

Since his release, music has been his main focus. Franchise TYG has recently topped the iTunes charts with his latest release “Ice On Me” (Remix) featuring Rory Fresco. You can listen on iTunes, Spotify and Amazon.
