Introduction
Wendy Nikola, who is in her early 30’s, is an artist who sings and writes songs. She is originally from Spanish Town, Jamaica’s first capital, but resides in Miami, Florida for now. Beside a singer, she is an impersonator, emcee and a magician. She always has been the life of parties. As a member of the IPU (International Performers Union), WENDY NIKOLA MUSIC has received awards from both party-goers and professional groups alike.
Not only Wendy is a singer, she is an amazing stylist. She has got her own flair which makes her eye-catching. Whenever she shoots, makes videos or goes to live events, her number of fans increase not only because of her songs but also because of her looks. Her dresses, her makeup inspires and gave direction to many women.
Although she is a struggling singer, her music is already becoming popular. She has given a whole new dimension to music, with each track better than the previous one. One cannot simply stay still while listening to her songs. Her music will make you move. With perfect music for everybody that can hyped one for a night out, she is surely going to be the next big hit of the industry.
What is her great inspiration? In answer to this question she said that locale has always been a major inspiration for great music artists of the past, and Miami Beach has been no different for her. In an interview, when asked why she waited that long to be in the industry, she said that she was not out of the music business ever. She was doing it and decided to come back on the cutting edge. When asked about her future, she said that she feels revived and excited about her journey and looking forward to a great future.
Wendy Nikola’s Work as a Singer
Although Wendy has written many songs, she planned to release them one by one as singles. One of the very first of her songs includes Lethalz. She co-writes it with Honoreble. Honorebel is another Jamaican entertainer who is also settled in South Florida now. She collaborated with Wendy on Lethalz which was a great success for both.
Wendy has collaborated with many artists including Keturah Hamilton. Wendy said that Keturah and her had known each other since they were 10. As she wanted to become a singer, Keturah wanted to become a model.
Other than these songs, Wendy has recorded several other singles including ‘Don’t be Mad’, ‘The Real One’ and It’s About Life’. These are all songs she wrote herself and driven by the hip hop beats.
