Interview With Rising Artist & Producer Josh Bishop, AKA COBRA.

Hi COBRA.! How are you?

Im good! just living life and enjoying myself.

Where are you from?

I’m born and raised in Dover, New Hampshire.

What is your greatest inspiration for your music?

I’m very into guitars and darker, ambient-style things for my COBRA style production, but that changes when I make music for Vizuals. It’s more nostalgic/youthful.

What are 3 words that describe your music?

Emotional, Passionate, Interesting.

What is the hardest subject you’ve ever written about?

I think when making music for Vizuals it was hard to capture that “Nostalgic, young” sound without it sounding too happy, but I think overtime it came easy because it wasn’t forced and came from the heart.

What are the challenges of being an artist?

I think the main challenges of being an artist are worrying too much about what other people think. Once you let go of that, everything comes easy and you create everything for yourself rather than to please other people.

Are you planning on releasing new music soon?

A lot of new music soon with production from COBRA. and a lot of new originalcomposed remixes for Vizuals coming the end of 2020 and the start of 2021.
