Latest Top praise and worship music being released

Music is an essential part of all our lives. A big reason people listen to different genres of music is not only because it is pleasing to the ear, and they love it, but also because they can relate it to the phases they are going through in their life at that moment.

No two people are the same and neither are the situations people are going through in their lives. But the irony is, everyone finds a song that strikes the chords of their heart. How? This is primarily because there are so many different genres of music available for the common man to listen to.

Today, we will discuss artists, and bands of this one genre of music, which we all have binged hours upon, just because how highly we can relate to, both the music, as well the artist, and that is praise and worship music.

1.    Planetshakers

They aren’t just like any other band with any other history. In fact, their power, passion, vibrance, and most importantly relevance, have their history of formation involved.

The founders, Russell and Sam Evans established a conference called Planetshakers after they claimed they had a radical encounter with God. This stirred the youth, in turn leading them to explore the genre of worship music. This explains their relevance.

Hence all of their music has to do something with the presence of God. Earlier this year, that is March 2020, they released their second single from their latest album, “ALL.”

The album was featured in over 30,000 voices, in anthemic worship, recorded during a party in the Philippines. They have a lot of music upcoming, including “SO GOOD” from their latest album Glory Part 2, and five songs from album Glory Part 1.

2.    Chris Tomlin

22 GMA Dove Awards, two billboard music awards, and a grammy is a better way then these laurels to explain Chris Tomlin’s illustrious career. Chris has recorded the most appreciated and famous songs in Christian music, and this explains why he has so many awards under his belt.

It would only be fair to say that every Christian Music artist wants a career like Chris. The success he has seen in Billboard’s Christian chart, is only a dream achieved by a meagre few.

In his latest album, he explored the itch of country music as well and believed it to be a surprise. When asked about the plans for the rest of the year, Chris said that he would rather to take things slow, and see how not having a plan would get you somewhere.

Earlier this year, his song “Chris Tomlin and Friends” saw a collaboration between various artists, and various niches and genres of music, including country.

3.    SonicFlood

With over 23 years in this genre of music, SonicFlood and the various artists over the years have truly played a vital role in popularizing Christian Music, not only in Nashville, but also in other parts of the world.

They were the firsts when it comes to the modern rock worship movement, which involved using electric guitars, distortion, and audio effects, all to make worthy praise and worship music. It has been 5 years since their last single, “Every Heartbeat” which was a hit.

4.    Matthew West

Discovering music at an early age, it would be fair only if we say Matthew was a music prodigy. This could be seen as he earned a Music Scholarship, to study Music at Millikin University, Illinois.

From Fraternity Houses to Churches, in front of youth groups, or any other set of people, Matthew as an artist left no venue when it came to performing in his college days.

With many songs and albums under his belt, his career has been a success when it comes to building a following and performing in various universities around the globe. His latest release has been touching over topics like the current pandemic, and its implications, named “Quarantine Life.”

You are definitely missing out on something if you aren’t listening to Christian or Praise and Worship Music. There are various other artists as well, but the ones mentioned above are our favorite. For anyone with faith and hope, grove in this genre of music, and thank us later!
