Poetry is one of the most powerful outlets to inspire change, revolution. We have new Pop/Rock singer songwriter jefff releasing his new funky single, “R U Hip 2 the Revolution”. We have not heard something like, probably ever. It’s got a mix of so many sounds from different genres, not just across music, but across outlets of communication.
When the first notes came out, we got a sense of Jim Morrison’s spoken word in his An American Poet album. We love the introduction of words to inspire the rest of the song. As soon as you hear his guitar kick in with the drums, we’ve already been brought in with the message of courage and action.
Here’s the kicker – its changes through the song keep you on your toes to see his choice for progression. We think to ourselves, why did he choose to go about this progression? Or is he actually inspiring his own revolution in the industry of Rock, Pop, and Poetry?
This brings us to the point of his choice in song title alone. Yes, we’ll get to his artist name in a second, but the fact that a Rock song has this choice of song title is very surprising. We get the sense that jefff does not play by the book, he doesn’t even want to rewrite the book, there’s going to be a new book going forward and we’re all going to read it. We’ve come to his artist name; jefff, that’s with 3 f’s and don’t you forget it. He believes he plays an integral part in the next level of communication and he wants to continue to share his world vision through his music and artistry.
We want to encourage you to check out jefff and his new single, “R U Hip 2 the Revolution” and tell us what you think, right down to the very last detail.
