Should You Watch Movies or TV Shows

In today’s age, we have everything on demand. The technology is so advanced and things have gotten so far that you can pretty much live a comfortable life without ever having to leave your home, under normal circumstances. Now, that is not to say such a life would be a particularly good one, but the possibility is there nonetheless. You can start a lucrative business online and become a successful entrepreneur. That would allow you to have more than sustainable income. Using that income you could pay bills online, order food, entertain yourself, and much more, making you a complete and functional adult that never has to leave his bedroom.

Of course, all that convenience usually comes with different sets of responsibilities. And, while we have a lot of things going for us much easier than we did in the past, we often find ourselves having less free time. That’s when important questions like “which one of these hundreds of popular movies should we watch” come into play. With Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and other popular streaming platforms quickly gaining a lot of traction, those questions are becoming more significant every day. Some people simply sit down to enjoy great sex games, but others prefer to sit back and enjoy a film or a series in their spare time.

Since we’ve established that free time is something incredibly valuable (considering you can never get it back), it is crucial to spend it properly. If you’ve already decided to watch something on a TV, a PC, a tablet, or even a smartphone, then you want to be sure that you’re watching something of quality. Fortunately, there are plenty of websites that put all sorts of ratings, reviews, stars, and critiques on movies and series, which you can use to solidify your decision. Naturally, tastes differ, but you’ll much more likely have fun with the higher-rated stuff. However, before you start reading up or even watching video reviews, you’ll probably need to decide whether you’ll go for a movie or start with a TV series. That is unless you’re a binge-watching veteran who’s simultaneously following so many shows they don’t even remember what episode of what season of what series they’re on.

Just like with online sex simulator games, there are vast differences, especially considering movies and series are two completely different means of visual entertainment. For starters, the obvious thing is that movies are, when summed up, shorter. You sit down, play a movie that you like, finish it, and you’re done. TV series, on the other hand, take more dedication. If you go for sitcoms and titles that are on the more casual side, you too can be casual about watching it. Playing an episode or two here and there won’t have much of an effect on the experience. However, if you’re looking for something more meaningful with a compelling narrative that you need to keep up with, then you’ll need to invest a lot more time in the long run and not take longer breaks between episodes.

Then, there’s the question of quality. More often than not, a good series will be much more impactful than a movie of the same rating. There is simply more time to develop the story and characters. Nowadays in particular, with TV series being at their peak, if you know you can dedicate enough to watch it properly, you’ll thoroughly enjoy the show that suits your tastes. But then again, it doesn’t hurt to mix it up with a movie, especially if you go to the cinema.
