Beattie releases stunning video for ‘Lucky’

Beattie is an alt-pop artist hailing from West London, and is proving to be a firm fixture of the UK’s up-and-coming female-led producer scene. Influenced by the likes of Lana Del Rey, Banks and Jorja Smith, Beattie’s newest offering is a down-tempo ballad that follows an already impressive back catalog. Mastered by John Davis, ‘Lucky’ is certainly Beattie’s most ambitious release yet. Having just dropped her new video for the critically acclaimed single, it’s clear Beattie has again raised the bar.

Discussing her release Beattie explains:

Lucky, for me, was the reflection during the aftermath of a relationship with someone. That sudden feeling of being alone, acknowledging that you’re better off without someone but knowing you still would find the time for them despite it all.”
