Top 3 Casino Movies Available on iTunes

If you are looking for some good casino movies to watch, here are three of the most popular ones on iTunes to watch on your iPad, iPhone, Apple TV or computer. Install the iTunes app and you can stream some excellent movies.

All you need to do is open the Apple app, tap the Watch Now tab, and then tap a category, like Movies. Use the Search function to find a specific movie, like one of the three great ones listed below.

The stars in this movie directed by Martin Scorsese are well-known faces – Sharon Stone, Robert de Niro and Joe Pesci. The setting is Las Vegas in 1973 and the story is about a multi-million-dollar casino operation run by the Mob. The inspiration for the plot comes from a book written by Nicholas Pileggi.

He knew a man who ran four casinos for the Mob and so the movie is based on true facts. Lives are lost and fortunes are made as the dice rolls. Jazz and classic rock provides the soundtrack to a story filled with the passion, greed and ambition that brought an empire down.

This movie is great for U.S. casino movie fans. Those living in Pennsylvania and playing games at a PA online casino have a taste of the fascination and excitement that people feel on a casino floor. Playing online slots, video games and table games at Parx Casino in Pennsylvania from a mobile phone puts that feeling right in the palm of their hands.

Lucky Grandma

Watching some of the best Netflix series, like Stranger Things or Line of Duty, can grip you in a way that makes you binge-watch from beginning to end. For a touch of light relief and for those who prefer comedy to drama, try watching Lucky Grandma.

Set in New York City, the movie shows how a chain-smoking, Chinese grandma finds herself on the wrong side of luck when she goes all in at the casino. Sasie Sealy directs this movie and Tsai Chin shines in the leading role as Grandma Wong, an 80-year-old widow who believes she has luck on her side.

The ornery grandma has an inherent craftiness and knows how to use her frying pan as a lethal weapon. She finds herself in the midst of a gang war in Chinatown and is in over her head time and time again.

Casino Royale

If you are looking for some James Bond adventure and action, in this movie he prevents a dangerous Russian spy from winning a baccarat game worth millions. The spy is funding global terrorists. This movie is darker than the usual Bond movie and if you are a fan of lots of gadgetry and silliness, this may not be the movie for you.

If you love Daniel Craig as Bond, you will appreciate the haunting, intense caustic performance he delivers. This 2006 movie lasts two hours and 24 minutes so settle in for a satisfying session of suspense.
