Hi Izzy King! How are you?

Trying to stay strong & prayed up through this quarantine they have us under behind the fences.

Where are you from?

I’m from a neighborhood called Round Tree Circle in Chester, South Carolina.

What is your greatest inspiration for your music?

Greatest inspiration with my music is driven by the experience of getting my life taken from me by a courtroom and my everyday experiences and also my deepest pains.

What are 3 words that describe your music?

Painful, real, expressive.

What is the hardest subject you’ve ever written about?

My most challenging subject I’ve written about is the year I attempted suicide three times.

What are the challenges of being an artist?

The most challenging part about being an artist to me is accepting critiques about certain songs I put my life into and accepting the fact that nobody likes certain songs.

Are you planning on releasing new music soon?

Yes I am planning on releasing my new album called “The Desolate One” which is still in the making.
