Alternative rock band Psyence announces the release of their brand new single ‘Tusk’ on August 7th 2020 via Black Belt Recordings.
Describing the track as “a tribal marching beat packed full of swagger for the scorn lovers,” Psyence once again references their psychedelic sensibilities in the new single.
Starting with a foot-stomping drum beat, and soon building with expansive vocal melodies and a generous nod to vintage guitar licks, ‘Tusk’ is a fearless return for Psyence.

‘Tusk’ was co-produced by the band and Sam Bloor at Lower Lane Studios with additional production and mixing by Santi Arribas, who also worked on their self titled debut album, released last year.
Psyence have kept themselves busy during the current pandemic, working on new music and entertaining their fans with lockdown videos of covers from artists that have influenced them, including Queens of the Stone Age, The Black Keys and Caesar’s Palace.
