- Get Your Deck – There are varieties to choose from. Pick your best-liked beginner skateboard. Search online or go to your nearby skate shop. The designs, colors, and patterns are endless. There’s something for everyone, so don’t miss out.
- Practice – Tricks will come and go, but do you know where to begin? Staying atop the board, of course. You must learn how to balance, coordinate, and stand on your board. You will be defying physic’s laws, so be prepared.
- Stick With It – I will not sugar-coat it. You will fall down a lot. What’s pleasure without some pain, right? However, you could save yourself from minor scrapes by wearing head, knee, and elbow gears. It’s a 4 step rule: Get On – Start – Ride – Stop. And what else are friends for? Use them to your benefit as a pole or support. Treat them with food later.
- Cherry On Top – Once you’ve accommodated well with the 4 step rule, start pushing. When you can balance and ride a perfectly speeding skateboard, you can move on to tricks. The most straightforward trick to begin with could be Tick-Tack. And when you’ve defied all these odds, you will end up doing an Ollie.
Nervous, yet? Don’t be. Take it one day at a time.
Remember, with a dash of inspiration, persistence, and patience, nothing is impossible. Be excited to roll around the park and fall down a lot. At the end of the day, what’s an achievement without some drama, right?
