Singer-songwriter Corey Harper has released the official video for his single, “Entertainment,” today. The introspective video follows Corey as he returns to his roots in the Pacific Northwest and it perfectly showcases the rawness and emotion of both the song and locale as Corey struggles with finding his artistic identity in the Los Angeles music scene. It was important to me to get back to my roots and shoot this music video out in Oregon’s nature, far removed from the noise of Los Angeles. The video highlights the surroundings that inspired my music and lifestyle from an early age. Oregon is an incredible place. I don’t think people fully understand how beautiful and diverse the landscape is there. I grew up surfing, snowboarding, and playing music all over Oregon. The state has everything you could want to be inspired, but with the juxtaposition of the PNW’s gloom, fog, rain, and cold. It is very unique, and I think its inspiration is evident in the “Entertainment” music video. – Corey Harper
