When Landon Murie realized that thousands of property management companies across America were extremely busy dealing with tenants, taking calls, and showing properties for rent one thing became clear. 

These companies have little to no time to think about the problems they have with their website, marketing, online reviews, local SEO strategies, and this presented a golden opportunity. Landon Murie seized this opportunity to start his own marketing company, Goodjuju. 

Goodjuju is a marketing and SEO agency that helps property management companies get more online exposure and in turn, help them bring in more clients. 

When asked how he got the experience required to work in this unique niche, Landon said, 

“Years ago I started a property management company with my father and in order to grow that company, I started getting obsessed with marketing and SEO. 

This obsession led me to a lot of knowledge and success with getting exposure for our company and we grew very quickly. Our growth was so fast that we ended up having other problems and the company didn’t survive, but I had learned exactly how to grow a property management company online and decided to start Goodjuju to use this knowledge and skills to help all the other property managers in America who need marketing help.”

With his knowledge and skill, Landon Murie was able to scale Goodjuju to unbelievable levels. He applied everything he knew to ensure that his clients got the best results.

“Most property management companies never have time to think about the problems they have with their website, marketing, online reviews, and local SEO strategies. Many property managers don’t even realize the marketing problems they have that are holding them back from more growth. We help these companies understand what is holding them back and how they can have a more healthy and growing company.”

In the end, Landon Murie wants to help property management companies with their marketing and SEO needs because he understands that these companies lack the time and resources to handle it all by themselves. 

He also understands that property management companies are losing out on a lot of revenues by not focusing on their marketing and SEO which was the major reason why he created Goodjuju. 

When I asked him if the work stresses him out, he said, “I actually really love what we do at Goodjuju and working doesn’t stress me out too much. Marketing and SEO are almost like a game you are trying to win. You are testing, tweaking, and monitoring progress and it’s so fun for me to see our clients progress and our progress. 

One thing that makes work more stressful is when we have clients who need a lot of attention and communication, and we try to solve that by setting clear expectations up front.”
