Newly signed to Mom+Pop, Evann McIntosh has just dropped a brand new single, “WIYULD,” her first new recording since signing to the label. Ones To Watch recently noted, “The self-awareness and vulnerability of 16-year-old Evann McIntosh’s lyricism is enviable, as is her musical talent.” and this new single further exemplifies that statement. Along with the track Evann is delivering an animated video which was directed by Janice Chun (Cartoon Network) . Evann recorded the single in her bedroom on GarageBand and notes, “WIYULD was my response to grown women being intimidated by a young, confident feminine energy. It’s mocking their idea of who I must be.” Listen to “WIYULD” HERE and watch the video here

Evann has been confirmed to play at Outside Lands 2021August 6-8. Additional tour dates for 2021 will be announced later this summer. Additionally, with today’s single McIntosh is adding to her merch store with a new custom hoodie featuring the “WIYULD” artwork. Visit the store HERE.
