Scottish alt-pop band Liimo unveil new video for ‘Raincheck’

After returning to deliver their blissful new cut ‘Raincheck’ in May, Edinburgh natives Liimo (meaning a little bit more) are back once again to share the official video for their latest release.

With its bright and plucky guitars, huge synth riff and lead singer Kieran O’Brien’s evocative and subtle vocals, the video for ‘Raincheck’ was filmed during lockdown with the band recruiting a flurry of dancers to add their own take on the sweeping new offering. Filled with bold and emotive dance moves throughout, the visuals add a whole new perspective to this rich and anthemic alt-pop delight.

Speaking about the video, Liimo said, “We had so many ideas for this music video but with everything that’s going on right now we had to put it all on hold. Despite all that, we still wanted to create, and put something special out that involved our friends and fans. You could say that everyone’s having to take a raincheck on so many things at the moment, so we figured anything that brings us closer together right now is a good thing right? We’re super happy with how the videos turned out; a massive thanks to everyone who got involved and helped us make something fun out of a difficult situation.”
