Hello Guys. I am great! Thank you for having me! I hope all of you are well too.

Can you talk to us more about your latest single “Nana Street”?

Well, we made this song during our Barong Family Studio Session in Thailand. It was my first collaboration with the fantastic DJ RayRay. She is a very crazy and hardworking person in the best of both ways. I did not expect so much energy in such a lovely girl which lead into our first idea for the track was born in Bangkok. We had a little party on Nana Street which is why we called it the same name. The next day we meet in studio and had our first good demo. After a few days, this banger was finished and included in the HARDINBANGKOK EP by Barong Family.

Did any event in particular inspire you to write this song?

I was honestly inspired from the very moment when I was invited to the Studio Session with the entire team from Barong. Every day the atmosphere, energy, and people around me motivated me more and more. While also inspiring me to create this new song.

Any plans to release any sort of video for the track?

Yes, the music video is in the works. Soon you can enjoy it!

How was the recording and writing process?

We first decided to make the track at 160bpm. We made a simple beat and then RayRay started freestyling on it with her own vocals. She then wrote solid lyrics and we recorded this. This led into crafting the drop. Honestly, the first drop was totally different. We changed it many times, but finally we found what we were looking for. Now everyone can enjoy listening to it!

What role does Russia play in your music?

The Electronic dance music industry in Russia is still growing. However, if you are simple DJ in Russia, you usually should be okay to survive. I moved from Russia to China 5 years ago, and I can say China has influenced more in my music for sure.

What was it like to work with RayRay and how did that relationship develop?

RayRay is from another universe. Like I said, she is honestly crazy in the best way possible. Incredibly talented and great person in general. We are good friends and are consistently working together. Very soon you will be able to hear our new tracks which we are so excited to release!

How much did she get to influence the song?

From the start to finish she influenced a lot of the song as we mixed both our vibes into one single, including her awesome lyrics.

Do you tend to take a different approach when collaborating with someone else rather than working on your own?

Everybody has their own process. For myself, when I collaborate, I like to learn new things from one another and share our unique process. collaboration, you learned something new. and share your process with each other.

Does the new single mean we can expect a new material – how’s that coming along?

Of course. I have quite a few tracks finished and waiting to release. Also, a bunch of collaborations. For this month, I will be releasing my first EP on Barong Family.

Any tentative release date or title in mind?

GHOSTOWN. Expected to release during the end of May.

What else is happening next in GHOSTER’s world?

I have a lot of plans and many ideas. My own team is even growing, and we are preparing super cool stuff to share with the world not only on the music side but more! In the present situation, things have become a little difficult, but my team and I hope everything will be good soo…
