Im great! I’m rolling with the punches as we go through these weird times, but my family and friends are healthy, my business is growing, and I’m watching the people around me grow and develop in their own niches rapidly.
What is your occupation?
I’m an entrepreneur. The main focus of my entrepreneurship is social media marketing, where I help businesses and brands develop an online presence to help them grow. I help my clients use the same strategies I did to start growing my brand and building my audience.
Who was one person that helped you to get to where you are today?
One person that helped me get to where I am today is my business partner, Christopher McGinnis. He’s been by my side since the beginning, and we often motivate each other to be the best possible versions of ourselves physically, financially, and emotionally. We have built this company from the ground up and were now improving the lives of thousands.
What is your next big move?
My next big move is in the same niche of digital and online marketing. I’m constantly finding new ways to expand what I can already offer to help brands grow. My next move is definitely a big one, but it’s essentially just introducing my clients to other proven ways to improve their brand and credibility.
How do you build your clients trust?
Building my clients trust is something I have found easy to be done, doing so through transparency. I put such focus on transparency that when someone new works with me they are described exactly what they are going to get, and educated on why it’s going to help them grow, so when they start to see results they don’t just see it, but they understand it. I also build my clients trust by constantly building my client testimonials. It’s easier to bring on new business when you can show people 500+ satisfied customers before them, and that goes a long way.
What separates you from other competitors?
I love this question because I put so much emphasis on how I differentiate myself from competitors. For starters, I give my clients my personal phone number and my Instagram handle to communicate with me. Other companies give you a support email and a 3-5 day wait period to hear back, when you work with me you get full access to me with prompt replies. The other bigger differenciator is that I like to connect with potential clients over the phone before they move foreward with me. Other companies will do anything for the sale or new business, while I put my new clients’ satisfaction as the priority rather than getting them to quickly sign up with me.
What is one milestone you want to hit before you retire?
One milestone I’m eager to hit is to have over a 200 unit real estate portfolio before I retire. This is a different milestone then the concept of social media marketing, but I plan to continue building my brand to be able to teach people about successful real estate investing the same way I educate people how to be successful online.
