Denise said “We have recorded this song as a tribute to the Health and Social Care workers, Doctors and Nurses who lost their lives while saving many others! God bless them… they and those that continue to fight on the frontline are our heroes!”

She went on to say, “My mother was a Nurse back in the 70s, when we were just kids and my Daddy was touring as a musician. If I hadn’t become a singer, I would loved to have been a Nurse myself. So when Adrian Grant (producer of the Visionary Honours and Thriller Live) asked if I would record this song in aid of the Health and Social Care workers, I automatically jumped at the chance. This song gives me a sense of being lifted, with strength and love, the perfect way to remember and honour those we have lost.”

Proceeds from the single, You Raise Me Up by Denise Pearson will be donated to NHS Charities Together andThe Department of Health & Social Care Practice and fans can also make donations directly via this page: www.justgiving.com/fundraising/youraisemeupNHS
