- Product experts:They can also be referred to as product engineers because they have all the knowledge there is to know for the products their company makes. They deal with the problems that far exceed the skills of other costumer support or service providers. They also fall into the category of being ‘’
- Customer service manager:They work with customers on their campaigns and help them implement techniques required to help improve business and customer relations. They can also be considered as advisers, that keep track of the progress and advise them regularly. This job falls in line with having a “conventional” personality, as they base their decision on facts and data, and they like following an ordered routine.
- Chief Customer Officer:these people lead teams and make sure that every customer’s needs have been forwarded effectively to their team so they can deal with the customers more efficiently. They fall under being ‘enterprising’ because they love stepping up as the leaders and starting their projects.
