PREMIERE: JUNO Streams New Album “Help Is Not On The Way”

JUNO is a professional guitarist and artist! Graduating from Illinois State University in 2009, she began working as a drug therapist  at Chestnut Health Systems. It was there that a 15 year old heroin addict introduced her to guitar, as she used to it as a way to connect with him. She has been playing ever since.

Since them she has gotten to share the stage with the likes of Camila Cabello, Lizzo, Erykah Badu, Machine Gun Kelly, 5th Harmony, Estelle, Common, India Arie, Monica, Sevyn Streeter & more!  She is the lead guitarist for BET’s Award show “Black Girls Rock” and in 2018 she joined the cast of the hit show Empire on FOX.

Now she returns with the release of her debut album titled  “Help Is Not On the Way”. On the album, she comments “Once I realized that no one else was coming to “rescue me” It empowered me to get up and change my own life.  That’s what this album is about. The process of me falling and then getting back up again even stronger than before. My hope is that everyone that listens to this album is empowered to do the same.”
