Produced by Malay Ho, “Waiting” showcases Zhavia’s stunning vocals and is a song that draws from her own real experiences. The song serves to confront the non-believers and fair-weather friends. “To me, it’s essential not to pay attention to those kinds of people, and not include them in my life,” Zhavia admits. “Waiting” follows Zhavia’s debut EP 17 which includes “All I Am” featuring Skip Marley, breakout single “Candlelight” and the title track “17.”
