Áslaug Releases Enthralling Self-Titled EP

Now out and giving us all some cheer in these strange times is the self-titled debut EP from Iceland’s Áslaug. With the release of single “Take From Me” turning heads and gathering global support last year, she adds a further three tracks to the mix with this set – which sums up her HAIM-esque vibe as a singer and songwriter.

Lead single this time is “In My Head,” which builds with textured layers of electronic melodies and a quivering mesh of percussion that pushes towards its singalong chorus. Also featuring is “If You Will/Hollow’ and the stunning “I’m Sorry.”
