RDGLDGRN Releases New Video & Single ft. Nitty Scott

RDGLDGRN (red gold green) premiered a new music video for their song Danger via BrooklynVegan. The video is the first release from upcoming LP Something About Danger — a concept album telling the story of a young man seduced by negative influences and told through music and visuals. The role of seducer in the video is played by Brooklyn rap staple Nitty Scott, who is featured in the song (alongside Romanian pop singer Alexandra Stan) and will be performing with them Thursday in NYC. King Green said the following about the song:

“‘Danger’ was written right after I returned from a trip from Brazil. ‘Baile de Favela’ was a song playing at the time everywhere in Rio and the sound blew my mind. The day I came back I made the entire song. Method Man is the reason why this music video exists, he told me that if I can rap and perform then I can do movies and it’s up to me to put in the work to make it great or not. So this video is just a portion of a film that we are working on and it’s all thanks to Mef.” — King Green
