As we wrapped up another premiere series, we are teaming up with LUO for the release of their new single “Eldritch Rhythm” off the forthcoming album ‘Unspoken’. Focusing on a blend of the pair’s eclectic influences, the album explores the combination of a variety of ideas, textures and grooves from a number of genres in an electronic music context including energetic experimental rock, IDM, and UK Bass influences.
About the record, LUO comments “The concept behind this record was to be able to make an album inclusive of our many influences. Because of the 150 mile distance between us, The challenge was to make this as cohesive as possible without verbal communication. The album combines a bit of everything we love from electronic breaks and beats, glitchy atmospheric textures, heavy and melodic guitar work as well as visceral live drums for a sound halfway between electronic and organic’”
