Thunderpussy Releases Riotous ‘Powerhouse’ Video

Rock ‘n’ roll’s new diamond in the muff Thunderpussy just released a riotous video for “Powerhouse” the lead single from 2019’s Milk It EP. The video features Seattle based drag performer Cherdonna Shinatra as she literally reaches her breaking point. Singer Molly Sides explains this song, which features drums from Red Hot Chili Peppers Chad Smith, about her mother:

“It is an ode, an anthem to those who have been dealt a difficult hand in life but continue to persevere and push through. It’s a reminder that there are no limits, no boundaries for the strength and resilience of the feminine spirit. A spirit, a superpower that lives within us all. Pussy is Power.” 

 The band also just announced a Spring tour of the mountain west – tickets available here.
