How would you classify your music?

Rock pop music for the boomers.

​Who are some of your top 5 musical influences? 

The Beatles, The Rolling Stones,  Todd Rundgren  London wainwright III John hiatt.

What do you want fans to take from your music? 

The feeling that somebody out there understands them.

​How’s the music scene in your locale? 

I’m from Detroit and right now there seems to be a musical cultural void. We need a kick in the pants and my band are ready to start kicking.

What is the best concert you have been to? What do you like most about playing live?

Pink Floyd live at ford auditorium Detroit 1971. Having my songs come alive on stage is a real treat for me.

Is there a song on your latest CD release here that stands out as your personal favorite, and why? 

Ransacked hearts. A song I wrote about a cluster of domestic crimes that happened in a short time span in my neighborhood.

​How have you evolved as an artist over the last year?

It just keeps getting better with every new record and song.

If you could meet, play a gig, co-write a song, have dinner, have a drink with any band or artist (dead or alive) who would it be?

Todd Rundgren.

​What’s next for you? 

I have a new band called the Gordy hunt band and we are getting ready to hit the road.
