UK’s alternative pop artist Charlotte OC shares her second song “Freedom” HERE from her forthcoming Oh The Agony, Oh The Ecstasy EP, which is set to drop in Spring 2019 and follows the success of her debut album Careless People. Billboard exclusively premiered  “Freedom” HERE, stating “finds the singer-songwriter hurtling toward her titular freedom as she floats through the blackness of the unknown over churning synths, drums and howling production.”
