Connecticut singer-songwriter, producer and rapper,Felly releases third single, “Come Alive” co-produced by himself andBobby Knepper. The up-tempo single derived from a necessity to be spirited and full of life. The young musician kicked off his album,Mariposa(Spanish word for butterfly), availableMarch 13th, by tapping the legendary,Carlos Santanato light up the lovesick ballad, “Heartstrings” followed by a single about duality in“Love and Fear.” Last week,Fellyannounced the first part of hisCome Alivetour beginning in April, hitting over 14 cities.
“Come alive came after a bunch of really heart-felt, beautiful, moving songs – and felt like I needed something to make people move. You can hear me sort of talking to myself in it. But really it’s a message to everyone to wake up and live – there’s no time for dwelling. There’s time for gloom and seriousness, but at some point you have to get out of a hole and come back to life,” saysFelly.
