Where are you from?

Guadalajara, Jalisco

Where did the name Mr. Tempo come from?

From my cantinas names Tempo Cantina. My clients called me Tempo all the time, so that’s how Mr.Tempo started.

What is it like to run several restaurants at once?

It’s a lot of stress but rewarding at the same time

What inspired your Mr. Tempo logo?

I love skulls, so I created something around that

Where do you see yourself in the next five years?

Mr. Tempo brand expanded world wide
