Nu Deco Ensemble Performs Holly Harrison’s “And Whether Pigs Have Wings”

Miami’s groundbreaking Nu Deco Ensemble have released the latest installment of their live video series. Check out their performance of Australian composer Holly Harrison’s “And Whether Pigs Have Wings”, featuring soprano Jessica Jones, here:

Holly Harrison’s music is driven by the nonsense literature of Lewis Carroll, embracing stylistic juxtapositions, the visceral energy of rock, and whimsical humor.

The video follows the release of Nu Deco Ensemble’s Kishi Bashi-produced debut album  featuring genre-bending collaborations, re-imaginings of artists such as Outkast and Daft Punk and new music by some of today’s most exciting living composers.
