In his music video for the track “Honest Drip”, Pete Myers’ alter ego Quarter Milli Marcel takes center stage, voicing the poignant lessons he has learned to get where he is today. In a video buzzing with color and humming with sincerity, the rapper speaks about facing your problems head on, stating “I see good men complain, but the great ones always solve ‘em”.
Recording artist and producer Pete Myers has been winning people over with the honesty and vulnerability he portrays in his lyrics. Diagnosed with an enlarged heart at age 16, Pete had to renounce hopes for an athletic career, and instead decided to turn his attention to creating music. Born in Harlem but raised in a small town in West Virginia, Myers acquired a business degree with a focus on marketing to help set up his creative career, and relocated to Atlanta to establish himself as an artist. His catchy tunes draw influence from artists such as Kanye West, Jay Z and Drake. Since 2016, he has released 3 EPs, 3 albums, and 10 singles, including his latest title, “Honest Drip”.
