Soulful L.A. Crooner Berel Delivers Surreal New Visual for “Before You Go”

Following the recent release of his debut EP ‘Thirteenth Floor,’ Los Angeles singer Berel delivers a new music video for the project’s lead single entitled “Before You Go”.

Directed by Christian D.K. Long, “Before You Go” was shot entirely on film.  The visual explores the concept of intentional community.  It’s an ode to when life was more detached from technology and we were pushed back closer to our roots as humans. It paints a surreal picture of what our world would be like if we all lived a little more intentionally and connected to each other.

“Before You Go” is an effecting, bassy record with complex undertones. It’s a syncopated sound, illustrating Berel’s nostalgic take on the R&B/soul genre.
