Reading, PA-based rock/pop band THE REASONS announce the release of “Compromise,” the title track off their forthcoming debut EP. The moody late-night driving track premieres on indie streaming music service FanPoweredMusic (FPM) and mobile game app FPM Surf on Monday, 20 January, and drops worldwide across digital platforms via indie imprint Inspiros Music on Friday, 24 January.  “Compromise” will be a free featured track in FPM Surf and their five other games through 31 January.

Drawn together by a shared love of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and Nirvana, The Reasons create infectious tunes that capture the pain and joy of everyday life. In “Compromise,” an anthem about the complexities of modern day romance, Ryan sings “Tell me what you’re thinking / Cause I haven’t got a clue / Don’t need more opinions / Oh no I don’t, I just need you.”

“Compromise” is the first of the EP’s tracks done in the studio in collaboration with Grammy award-winning producer Robert Cutarella (Eric Clapton, Sting, Slash). “The EP showcases the collection of styles that we mashed together to create our sound” says Ryan. “Playing ‘Compromise’ makes us feel like we have the world in our hands.”

The track appears on THE REASONS’ upcoming debut EP, Compromise, due out in 2020.
