Currently studying at Leeds College of Music, MEDUSA has always known music was her passion. Growing up surrounded by musical influences across various genre’s such as soul, R&B and Hip-Hop, MEDUSA soon began emerging herself in music. From the age of six, she would grasp every opportunity to sing, dance and play instruments, dreaming of a chance to perform on stage one day.

Speaking on the single, MEDUSA stated: It’ll make you forget your inhibitions and lose yourself in the moment. It’s expressing how two people don’t have to know one another to be lovers, they can “get to know each other under the cover”, wanting to feel good and have fun.

With soothing vocals over a playful beat, ‘I Don’t Mind (Under the Covers)’ thrives on emotionally raw minimalism, with Medusa’s refreshing voice acts as the central instrument.
